Archangel of the Abyss
Colour: silver and dark metallic purple Weight: 150kg Shape: a two layered full body spinner, the upper ring overlaps the lower so is only about 10cm of lower ring exposed now, meaning the upper ring can hit lower targets. Mobility: cheeky boy walking system for stability powered by 4 x C40-500 Magmotors on 36v. 6HP each. The legs are shorter than before and further from the outside of the robot (which is wider but shorter) meaning its unlikely that a robot will be able to get in to damage the legs, the feet are also no longer blade like but instead have feet about an inch thick which are rounded like pendulems (as required for the design) and have textured rubber feet giving the robot some traction. Speed: 12mph Turning circle: 0m Armour: 7mm aluminium boron carbide, the chassis is made up of triangular sections of aluminium boron carbide, the two outer rings chassis ring being hardox Ground clearance: 4mm under skirt (which is attached to base) skirt is the same foam skirt as tengu Weapons: a two layered full body spinner, the upper layer spins completly at 1000rpm with a practically instantanious spin up time, this defends the robot while the much more powerful lower flywheel gets up to a speed of between 1500 and 2500rpm depending on tourny rules. The lower wheel has two 7.5 kilo blades on each flywheel, each being 15cm long, the upper flywheel is slightly broader so that the blades will hit something before the lower as if the lower hit it would prevent it reaching speed. Accordign to Aarons power calculator the lower flywheel gives out 89Kj of pwoer at 1500rpm on the original although it is probably slightly higher this tim due to the increased diamter of the machine. The upper blades are smaller but due to the overhang reach about 2mm further than the lower, there are 8 3kg blades on the upper, rounded so to knock away opponents. Srimech: A tengu like bar is the replacement for the heavy prongs which self righted it before, powered by linear actuators and pivoted at one side. The bar is 7mm aluminium boron carbide. Strengths: Very destructive, difficult to attack. 360 degree attacking. Weaknesses: Not many, but large width can make it a little difficult to do precision steering with.

Slammer V
Colour: orange Weight: 100kg Shape: Look at the picture, a thin invertible axlebot, with flippers both on top and underneath to turn the robot over and also a weapon at the front which is interchangable. The four bars give structural rigidity and are hardox 3mm rim thickness tubes about 3cm in diamter with an aluminium boron carbide prism runnign down the center. Wheels: Large axlebot style wheels with motors and gearing inside, they have 8mm aluminium boron carbide hubs over a hardox ringwith a layer of rubber on top for traction. Motors: 2x 750 watts Bosch motors at 24v. Speed: 14mph Turning circle: 0m Armour: 6mm of aluminium boron carbide over a titanium chassis. Ground clearance: Varies on weapon, but its not too hard to get under. Weapons: Has large flipping plates pivoted at the back of the bot, powered by strong and fast linear actuators, these enable the bot to turn itself over which makes it very manouverable and also allows it to slam opponents, each flipping plate has approximatly 300kg of lift. The weapon at the top (where the saw is on pussycat) is interchangeable depending on the opponent, the weapons are as follows, I’ve tried to make it easy to tell which weapon I will use so you don’t have to wait for me to say, although if it is not obvious I will probably post to tell, in a fight which goes several ways (3 or more) I will optimise for the most highly rated opponent :
1) Hydraulic claw - long claws which are powered by light hydraulics, capable of damaging armour of up to 3mm in materials like steel and titanium and more in softer materials. The two positions below are used against different opponents.
Set-up a) Vertical: the classic set up as shown on my profile, its used for bots with high clearance, especially invertible ones, its also used for horizontal (not full body) spinners and finally robots with external tracks
Examples of opponents:- Tornado, 101, King Buxton, Hypnodisc, Supernova, 3 Stegs 2 Heaven, 13 Black, Fluffy, Invertibrat, Suicidal Tendencies, Warhead, Wild thing (s6)
Set-up b) Horizontal, same jaws but just mounted horizontally, used against axle bots and robots with large vulnerable wheels, also robots with thinnish weapons mounted externally (bar flippers and axes)
Examples of opponents:- Dominator 2, Terrorhurtz, Bigger Brother, nightmare, X-terminator, beta, cassius 1, chaos 1, big cheese, wheely big cheese, Dantomkia, Gemini, gravedigger, Killertron, killerhurtz, wild thing (pre s6),
2) Axe blades: These blades are 20cm long each, about 7cm thick and are mounted above and below the robot turning the machine into a full body axe, at the bottom the blades return on themselves in a hook so when they pierce any armour the slightest movement will cause them to become snagged, then with a flip it can hurl the opponent across the arena, used on robots with light to medium armour on top.
Examples:- chaos 2, cassius 2, firestorm, roadblock, beast of Bodmin, spawn robots
3) Disc: two toothed flywheel made from carbon-steel and has two hardox teeth. The disc itself weights ten kilos, is 40cm in diameter and travels at 1000 rpm.
Set-up A) Mounted vertically. Used for attacking robots with nothing than can be grabbed onto or easily damaged. Also used against robots with heavy armour on top and skirts.
Examples:- Panic attack, biohazard, pussycat, razer
Set-up b) Flywheels mounted horizontally. Used against robots with exposed hydraulics, exposed legs, chain saws, circular saws mounted horizontally or anything else that would be vulnerable to a side attack.
Examples:- Any real walker except anarchy or mechadon, anything with thin armour on the sides, anything except pussycat with a circular saw. Anything with a chainsaw as a primary weapon.
4) Wedge. Wedge mounted at the front which a thick 5mm titanium plate on the front, runs both ways up and allows slammer to have a WBC like throwing motion. Used against less powerful full body spinners and robots with a ground clearance above zero, which can’t self right or have difficulty doing so
Examples of opponents: Mortis, typhoon
5) Lance: A very large spike mounted on the front, made of 5mm hardox over an aluminium frame and sharp at the end it can be used against vertical flywheels as a way to stop them by ramming from the side. It is also used against canon fodder and machines in which none of the other weapons can do anything to as its robustness means if nothing else it can be used to fend attacks.
6) Mandibles: A four way linear actuator powered claw used for gripping difficult shapes, the inside is lighned with rubber to give it grip, the claw is designed for gripping not crushing. Not a standard component meanign they are not to be used unless specified directly by me.
7) Harthingy. A tethered spring powered harthingy on a 5m chord, capable of punching through lighter armours. Especially good facing lightly armoured fbs as if it pierces the spinner will eb unable to spin up hence allowing me control the fight.
8) Nooses; A pair of wide chain looks at 45 degrees from vertical on either side of the robot forming a v shape, they are used for attackign axlebots as they cna be slipped over hweels and then tightened preventing escape from an axle bot. Again as with the mandibles these are not a standard component and not to be considered unless directly specified.
9) The shield; if something just cant be attacked with anythign else, especially powerful spinners this is the answer. Its basically a 8mm hardox plate that covers the front of the robot and weighs around 20kg. Very hard to damage but again unless against soemthin like MDU or my own AAotA tihs isnt a standard option.
Strengths: Very manoeuvrable, very adaptable, difficult to keep control of in a fight. Completely immune to lifting forks and flippers so long as it doesn’t get flipped out of the arena. Weaknesses: Easily flipped (although it won’t effect it at all)

Tengu VI
Mobility: 4 small inner wheels on a simple skid steer Colour: Green Weight: 100kg Shape: A short cylinder, similar in appearance to tengu 5 Speed: 18mph, Turning circle: 0m Power:2x 750 watt Bosch wiper motors at 24v. Armour: 4mm high grade titanium on the upper part. The lower part of the body is a free mounted ring off toughened rubber about an inch thick, it can easily be rotated without any resistance. This causes a horizontal spinner hit to do no damage as because there is not resistance the weapon will not do any damage and the ring will just spin around. This is over a toughened steel chassis which has triangular bars making the whole chassis appear to be made up of triangles, this design leads to extra strength against crushers. Unlike previous incarnations the blades are set beneath the spinner ring and there is no over hang. Ground clearance: Under new skirts 1cm, however these skirts are a lot different to usual, basically they are a ring of aluminium foam with all the gap filled in with rubber beneath the robot, there are castors set into them to keep manouverability, basically they not only protect from flippers but from low discs like spin dash. It also enables a slight bit of bounce so it can go to one side slightly without leaving a clearance. Its an inch thick form the outside. Weapons: The robot is a fbs powered by a 4" magmotor at a ratio of 6:1. The rbot spins at 1500rpm and has an energy output of 78Kj. It hits usuing one of 5 sets of blades chosen depending on the opponent: 1) Two 7.5-kilo blades with go into the robot to prevent them being ripped off, each is about 15cm long. Used against most opponents except ones mentioned below. Used in melee if only one opponent doesn’t fit the required groups below. 2) Triangular wedges, they skim along the ground at low clearances of about 3mm, and sharply curve upwads, they can be used to turn over bots with high clearances. They are made of high grade aluminium approximatly 2cm thick. 3) The dual hit weapons, basically there is a large titanium/tungsten alloy bar, which potrudes 30cm backwards from the spinning direction (ie anticlockwise), there is a large blade which is slightly curved at the end where it attackeds (its the same bar so won't snap off in impact), at the far end of the bar there is a smaller blade which is more pointed and is barbed backwards. Therefore on hit the large blade will hit first, and almost instantaniously the second blade will stab in as well, causing two lots of damage, this is only to be used against robots which have long flat sides and light armour as it is primarily a weapon that looks impressive when it hits. It can also be used for removing skirts. Srimech: Bar srimech on top powered by linear actuators: the actuators are on the inside and the arm is aluminium boron carbide which means that its incredibly resistant to damage. The srimech actions now takes about 0.9 second. Strengths: Very good weaponry, manouverable, gyroscopic force makes it very difficult to flip. Weaknesses: Low traction.

Kali
Weight: 100kg Shape: A box with a wedged front and a slightly rounded back. Mobility: Drive on a skid steer, uses the same drive system as storm 2. Wheels are 4mm chromium with a rubber coating Motors: 2x Lem 130s at 46volts Speed: 25mph, Turning circle: 0m Armour: Front: 1cm aluminium boron carbide, sides and back 5mm aluminium boron carbide, top 14mm polycarb. Ground clearance: 0mm at front due to slope, which is very low and can probablky get beneath almost all skirts. Round the sides its about 0.4mm Weapons: A pnuematic powered biohzard style lifting arm which goes up and turns the opponent over without much difficulty, the machine has a big brother style spatula which should enable it to get benath more or less anything. As its not especially high pressure it can probably get around 40 flips per fight which should be ample. Srimech: Weapon Strengths: Front very tough, good weapon, fast, good traction. Weaknesses: No damaging weaponry.

Achilles
Weight: 100kg Shape: box, slightly thicker than tornado, not double sided, sides skirted like PA, back curved for more efficient srimech (like the original hydra), front is sloped at 45 degrees Wheels: Four inner wheels like tornados but the wheels are only half the width covered in highly treaded rubber grip to maximise traction, runs on a similar drive system to tornado as well. Motors: 2x Eteks at 48v. Speed: 18mph, Turning circle: 0m Armour: 5mm titanium and on top 10mm of vulcanised rubber to stop axes and crushers Ground clearance: 0mm at front and sides, 1mm at the back but difficult to get too due to overhanging curve. Weapons: Uses a single really powerful hydraulic lifting arm to life opponents of up to 200kg into the air and tip over up to 500kg. To get under the opponent it has a Bigger Brother style lifting plate which runs parallel to the ground resting upon it which give the machine a really low ground clearance. So it can get under virtually anything. On top of the lifter is a hook mechanism which looks like a tiny claw but performs the same gripping effect as the top mounted behemoth axe. It is not particularly sharp as it is not designed to cause damage, just to grip the opponent. The hydruallic mechanism can be exchanged for high pressure pnuematics against other rambots and things too fast to be allowed to be lifted. The pressure is 500psi in two canisters giving 1000psi in total, also with weight saved from the hyrdualics I remove the claw and add a t shaped bar at the back to self right whioch saves me using up C02. Strengths: Very durable, no particular weaknesses for opponent to exploit. Weaknesses: No damaging weapons.

Hector
Colour: Silver, grey with golden wheels Weight: 100kg Shape: Essentially a cresent with the wheels in a small section in the middle. Mobility: Two wheels made of 6mm aluminium boron carbide - the motors are inside the wheels but circuitry and batteries are inside the main body. Speed: 15mph, Turning circle: 0m Power: Two mag-motors at 24volts. Armour: The claws which make up the majority of the bot are 5mm aluminium boron carbide over a sturdy hardox frame - down the last quarter of the length of the claws the frame becomes a solid block of hardox for piercing opponents. The robot itself is 3mm titanium and the large grey plate at the back is 5mm tungsten / aluminium alloy ( ratio of 3:1). Ground clearance: Quite high all over - varies with position. Weapons: The two massive claws - they are powered by hydraulics which are inside them and easily capable of crushing armour. The claws are angled up slightly so when crushing it will push the robot up a bit in the air anmd hence loose it traction so it can be pushed. It is designed to be able to stop fullbody spinners in two ways - firstly if it approaches corectly the robot may impale itself on a claw with its own spinning motion, secondly once it has gripped onto the full body spinner it can break the weapon drive by adding 100kg of extra weight onto the drive train snapping it. As mentioned earlier the bars at the front dont play any role in the crushing they are 2cm thick hardox designed to stop weapons attacking the wheels from the front. Srimech: Invertible Strengths: Very powerful weapons, excels at fighting full body spinners, difficult to attack Weaknesses: Due to nature of weapons it can't fend off multiple opponents well.

Allanon
Weight: 100kg Shape: see digram, two cylinders attached by plates at top and bottom which are attached diretly to the chassis, invertible Mobility: A single wheel in each half is controlled separatly and is actually inset meaning that the width of the outside of the wheel is much wider than the wheel itself, the motor is set inside this gap to conserve space. The robot is kept in balance with castors (not shown in the diagram) with 8 on each pod (4 on top, 4 underneath) Motors: 2x Lem 130s at 24volts Speed: 25mph, Turning circle: 0m Armour: 5mm aluminium boron carbide Ground clearance: 0mm at front due to slope, which is very low and can probablky get beneath almost all skirts. Round the sides its about 0.4mm Weapons: Two 18kg fbs weapons, spinning at 1700rpm. They spin in the same direction and the teeth are slightly hooked so they will often spin the foe into each other to cause extra damage. Srimech: invertible Strengths: difficult opponent to attack. Very unusual design Weaknesses: Not the greatest pushing power by a long shot.
